Session Timing: The session will start and end at the agreed-upon times. Any additional time required will be billed at $100 USD per hour.
Itinerary Changes: The session itinerary may be adjusted during holidays or special events.
Weather Conditions: In cases of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, extreme temperatures), the session may be postponed. The camera cannot be used in adverse weather conditions to prevent damage.
Liability: I am not responsible for any damages, injuries, or loss of property during the session.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your session. The remaining 50% is due at the end of the session, payable by cash or credit card.
Photograph Usage: All photographs are the intellectual property of Christian M Rivera (@christian.mrivera) and may be used on social networks, websites, or other platforms.
Photo Delivery: Unedited RAW photos will not be provided under any circumstances.
Deposit Policy: The deposit is non-refundable.
